CNC Planer-Type Boring and Milling Machines, series 65, integrated of modern mechanical, electrical, optical, hydraulic, and information control technologies, are of modular design, high accuracy and productivity.
Four axes simultaneously controlled, the machine can be used for boring, milling, drilling, tapping and thread-cutting operations, and machining 3-D curved surface on large parts.
It is widely used in industries of engineering, automobile, mine facility, large environmental friendly equipments.
The machine is of T-type design, fixed column and with spindle head mounted on the negative side of the column. The linear guideways of the X, Y and W axes are all steel composite guideways, feed stable, and achieve higher motion accuracy.
Machine model consist of model A (with facing head) and model B (without facing head) as per the spindle forms.
The facing head slide of A type machine adopts the high rigidity imported rolling linear guideway structure, with high positioning accuracy.
The series consists of TJK and TK machines. TJK is equipped with FARGOR 8055M CNC System from Spain and TK is equipped with SIEMENS 828D (B Type) and 840DSL (A Type) CNC system from Germany or FANUC 0i CNC system from Japan.
B type processing range can be further widened with various options such as vertical milling head, extended milling head, universal milling head, extended milling head, universal milling head and facing head.
Machine configured with automatic tool change device is planer type horizontal boring and milling machining content (TH type).
